From family homes in Worsley and Swinton to period properties in Eccles, modern developments in Walkden and surrounding areas across Greater Manchester, we provide resin driveway solutions designed specifically for local properties and weather conditions.

Why Choose a Resin Driveway?

Resin-bound driveways have become one of the UK's fastest-growing driveway choices, and for good reason. They offer an attractive, highly durable finish while requiring very little maintenance compared to many traditional driveway materials.

Some of the biggest benefits include:

  • Smooth, seamless finish
  • Wide range of natural stone colours
  • Permeable surface that helps reduce standing water
  • Weed resistant
  • UV-stable resin available to reduce colour fading
  • Crack resistant when installed on a suitable base
  • Slip-resistant finish with excellent grip
  • Suitable for both contemporary and traditional homes
  • Easy to clean with minimal maintenance
  • Long lifespan when professionally installed

Unlike loose gravel, resin-bound surfaces stay firmly in place, making them ideal for households with children, wheelchairs, bicycles and pushchairs.

Common Driveway Problems We Solve

Many homeowners contact us after experiencing problems with older driveways.

Typical issues include:

  • Cracked concrete
  • Loose gravel spreading across the pavement
  • Uneven block paving
  • Weed growth between paving joints
  • Moss and algae build-up
  • Poor drainage causing puddles
  • Surface staining
  • Faded appearance
  • Trip hazards
  • Damaged edging

Rather than continually repairing an ageing driveway, many customers choose to invest in a completely new resin-bound surface that improves both appearance and functionality.

Really pleased with the final result on how the drive looks. It tooks us a while to choose the block paving we wanted, Patrick was really patient with us. The drive adds to the look of the house, and we have even had people taking photos, with lots of complimentary comments from neighbours. When the guys were on site their work ethic was very good.

Patrick and his team did a great job removing our existing decking and replacing with lovely Indian stone patio. All done really quickly in time for spring ! We’ll be having them back at some point to the next stage of our garden renovation.

Extremely grateful to Pat & his very professional team that laid our driveway this week. All the lads were as helpful as you could wish for, always willing to explain what the process was going to be and willing to make changes if requested. Pat explained everything in such detail helping us to understand which product would be the right choice for us. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend to others. Thanks Pat

We wanted to have our split front garden taken out and turned into a driveway to add to what we already had. Having a house on a corner, there was quite a bit of space that needed to be done and renewed, so we knew it was going to be costly. Pat is very friendly, honest and easy going and gave us all the options open to us, which helped us decide from what we had already pictured in our heads. His quote was competitive and we already had personal recommendations and had seen the companies work as they had just done a drive 5 min from us. Once work started, his team were polite and friendly, accepting as many brews off us as we could make (sorry we went away for a few days lads lol). They tidied up every day and asked if they were ok leaving stuff in our back garden. Despite having to deal with a good amount of wet weather, they cracked on and caught up their delays due to the worst of it. We came back home on their last day to see the finishing touches being laid, and are very impressed and happy with the finished result. We would not only recommend them to anyone, but would also use them again without question.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a resin driveway last?

A professionally installed resin-bound driveway can often last 20 years or more with routine maintenance and proper installation.

Can resin be installed over an existing driveway?

In some cases, yes. If the existing surface is structurally sound, resin may be installed over it following proper preparation. We assess every driveway individually.

Does resin stop puddles?

Permeable resin-bound systems allow rainwater to drain through the surface, significantly reducing standing water where suitable drainage conditions exist.

Will weeds grow through a resin driveway?

Weed growth is greatly reduced because there are no open joints. Surface weeds from airborne seeds may occasionally appear but are easy to remove.

Is resin slippery?

Resin-bound surfaces provide good grip and can include anti-slip finishes where appropriate.

How long before I can use my driveway?

This depends on weather conditions, but most resin driveways are ready for foot traffic within 24 hours and vehicle use after approximately 48 hours.

What colours are available?

There are numerous aggregate blends available, ranging from warm golden tones to contemporary grey and charcoal finishes.

Does a resin driveway add value?

While no increase can be guaranteed, an attractive, professionally installed driveway can improve kerb appeal and make a property more appealing to prospective buyers.
